Warranty Coverage
KPAL North America is confident you will be satisfied with all KPAL products and films, including paint protective film (PPF), window tint, and vinyl wrap. Please review proper care and application tips for your protective film. If properly stored and applied, the protective film is warrantied for up to 5 years. Check the warranty on your individual protective film product.

The KPAL North America warranty covers: degumming, cracking, blistering and delamination. This warranty does not cover product wear and tear, external corrosion, accident, collision or any form of intentional damage caused by external forces.

Claim Process
If necessary, the KPAL North America team will work together with you to quickly resolve your issues. Please provide the following information to us: Photo of the film serial number (found inside the tube core), the film model number, videos or pictures showing license plate number and problems with film on the car, OR pictures of film on the building window, and car model and year where applicable.
